Sleep Deprived Teens

We find a fairly common theme amongst our students at AISC, which I do not think is an inaccurate representation of teens around the world. Sleep, and lack thereof.

Students are overly stressed, studying late into the night and spending time on social media or devices too close to bedtime.

The Student Lifestyle survey in the spring of 2015 told us that, on average, 28% of our students are sleeping for 5 or less hours per night. Approximately 50% more informed us they were sleeping only 6 or 7.
