Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice being discussed more and more often around the globe, and in the High School Counseling office, we are looking at ways to develop mindful habits with students here at AISC.
As these years can be very stressful ones, we hope we can support your student in developing habits that will help relieve this stress through being mindful with themselves and one another.
